Cravath’s New York Office Moves to Two Manhattan West
Cravath represented the initial purchasers, Citigroup, BofA Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo Securities and Credit Suisse, in connection with the US$421 million 144A/Reg. S high-yield senior debt offering of Rite Aid Corporation, the third largest retail drugstore chain in the United States at the time of the offering. The transaction closed on May 15, 2012.
Cravath also represented Citigroup Global Markets as dealer manager for the related senior notes tender offer by Rite Aid Corporation.
The Cravath team included partner Andrew J. Pitts on corporate matters and partner Michael L. Schler on tax matters.
