Len Teti Co‑Authors Article in Tax Journal

Cravath partner J. Leonard Teti II co-authored an article entitled “FATCA, IGAs and loan agreements,” which appeared in the November 2, 2012, edition of the Tax Journal. The article discusses the use of Intergovernmental Agreements as part of new U.S. withholding tax regime known as “FATCA” and the effect IGAs have on the tax provisions in the model loan agreement issued by the Loan Market Association.
